Starting this Sunday Feb 14th from 12-3pm we will resume open trap! Yes, it may be slightly chilly but we will have a warm wood burner going by Trap No 1. So grab your date (it’s Valentine’s Day!) and grab your gun and let’s shoot some trap! See you on Sunday!
It is with a sad heart that I need to inform you all that longtime life member Don Speelman has passed away. He passed on Saturday December 12th at Lifecare Hospice. Below is the link to Don’s obituary.

Don was the second oldest member of the club and he ran the pop stand for several years. Don will certainly be missed at the club.
Due to the increase in the COVID cases we will be cancelling all open trap and pyramid shoots for December and January of this year. The meat shoot scheduled for January 16th is also cancelled. We will reschedule the meat shoot in the spring. The grounds are still open for the members to use. Please check the calendar on our website for any updates. The Silver Dollar Sportsmen’s Club would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support. We would like to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
