Silver Dollar Sportsmen’s Youth and Ladies Hunt

All,
We will be holding the Youth and Ladies hunt on January 14th from 8:30 A.M. until done. We hold this event in conjunction with the ODNR and use the ODNR grant monies. These are monies that get generated into our club to help make improvements around the club that everyone benefits from. We will be needing a lot of help for this hunt to be successful. If you can volunteer anytime at all on January 14th, please contact Ron Burkey at 330-621-8586. This also is a great opportunity to get younger generations involved in our shooting sports. This is an opportunity to give back to your club. What makes this club a working club is getting everyone to pitch in and help out when needed.

Thanks,
WCHA/SDS Boards and Officers

Claybusters are holding a youth trap shooting competition on Saturday June 11th.

We will need 6-8 people all day Saturday June 11th from 7:30 through the end of the competition at the trap houses. If we can get enough volunteers we can institute a shift system so that some can help in the morning and others can help in the afternoon. That would mean we will need 12 to 16 volunteers willing to work each shift. Please contact Thom Snyder @ jacobsjoe2000@yahoo.com to volunteer and let him know if you can do morning or afternoon or you are willing to help all day.

We will also need volunteers to work the kitchen again for both morning and afternoon. We will need 4 or 5 people all day so again we can do shifts. If you can help in the kitchen please contact Jeff Rhodes @ jrhodessage@gmail.com if you can help. Please let him know if you can help in the morning or afternoon or if you can be there to help all day. We will need cooks, people to serve up food at the counter and a cashier during this time.

These events we are requesting help for are events that make money for YOUR club so we can improve this club going forward. Volunteering for these events are a necessity on your part to help bring this money into the club.

Thank you,

Board and officers
