Monthly Membership Meeting Information

Wayne Coon Hunters Important Information

To all members of the Wayne Coon Hunters Association, it was announced at the Annual Meeting, that the board is moving the monthly membership meetings that took place on the 1st Monday of every month to a quarterly meeting the following months: Annual Meeting in January, April, July, October. These will take place on the 1st Monday of these months at 7:00 P.M. as in the past. The only changes to this would be, if a Monday happens to fall on a holiday, in that case we will announce the date. The Annual Meeting in January will be announced as previously in accordance with the Bylaws.

The board will continue to meet every month, and we will conduct all business at those meetings. Any new members will attend the monthly meeting of the board with their application and dues money, and they will be voted on by the board at that time. This will keep the new members joining a speedy process as it was prior to this change in the monthly meetings. Anyone wanting to have any motions, questions or concerns addressed by the board is welcome to reach out to any of the board members to have those presented to the board.

If at any point, we see a large increase in membership participation we can revisit the monthly meeting process.

Thank you,

WCHA Board
